19th INTERNATIONAL WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL OF MONTIER-EN-DER (France).

“The mysterious islands of Okhotsk sea” : Exhibit to discover for the first time at the 19th Photo Festival of Montier (France), 19th to 22d November, 2015, one of the most prestigious photography and nature events.

Wildlife adventure to “Far East” Russia, a remote place still wild and pristine, fascinating and almost unexplored.

From the port of Korsakov on Sakhalin Island, we boarded the ship “Professor Khromov”, for a journey of 3.500 km along the Eastern Siberian coasts, until Magadan. This old polar exploration boat is following this itinerary once a year, for the fourth time in June 2014.

This adventure will remain forever in our memories as one of the most amazing sights of nature ever seen : the Sea Lions in the foggy Iony Islands, the search and discovery of the very rare and beautiful Ribbon Seal on the ice of Shantar archipelago, and millions of seabirds (auklets, puffins, guillemots, fulmars …) on Talan, Mal’Minskie and Yamskie Islands home of 10 million seabirds colony, and the Sea Lions swimming around the zodiacs …

We will have a great pleasure to present this exhibit for the first time during this international wildlife photography event in France.
